Biography:
| Laurie Adams was appointed to the board in July 2008. He qualified as a solicitor at Allen & Overy and subsequently spent over 20 years in senior legal and compliance roles in the investment banking industry, including Citigroup and ABN AMRO. He has been a director of Siblu Holdings Limited (formerly Haven Europe Limited) since 2004 and a non-executive director of Northern Rock plc since November 2007. He is a member of the Group's Audit Committee. |
