Biography:
| David Higgins joined Syndicate 271 in 1981, having previously spent five years with a firm of Chartered Accountants. In 1986 he became Deputy Excess of Loss Underwriter and then Deputy Underwriter in 1993. He joined Novae in December 2000. |
