Chad Williams has been appointed Senior Vice President of Product, where he will lead the strategic vision and roadmap for products across all Novae brands, ensuring alignment with market needs, customer expectations, and long-term growth objectives.
A Proven Leader with Deep Manufacturing Roots
Chad brings more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing and product leadership. He has been a dedicated part of the Novae team for the past 12 years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Purchasing, where he led the purchasing organization with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and supplier partnership.
His background includes a blend of operations, product design, procurement, and cross-functional leadership – and his steady, thoughtful approach has earned him trust across the organization.
